Abstract
La invencion se refiere a un procedimiento y a un dispositivo para detectar puntos de dano permeables al gas en una capa no conductora electrica que puede estar conformado de una sola capa o de un compuesto de multiples capas que consiste cuando menos de una capa conductora. Una pieza de prueba se coloca en una camara de prueba. La capa que va a probarse tiene una capa conductora electrica en un lado y una camara de gas del otro. El gas en la camara de gas es ionizado con una aja presion predefinida por medio de una descarga de gas electrica. Un contraelectrodo que esta colocado en la camara de gas forma un circuito de corriente de prueba con una fuente de voltaje y un dispositivo de medicion. Si la capa que va aprobarse contiene un punto de dano, la descarga de gas se mantiene y se mide una corriente directa en el circuito de prueba, la corriente actua como un indicador de un punto de dano. Gracias a este metodo es posible detectar puntos de dano que son impermeables al liquido o que solo estan presentes en un capa no conductora en un compuesto de multiples capas. El metodo de la invencion se usa en recipientes para preparaciones farmaceuticas sensibles, si lo recipientes estan sujetos a requisitos exactos con respecto a su impermeabilidad durante un periodo de almacenamiento o de aplicacion que dure varios meses.
