Abstract

Se describe un vehiculo de revestimiento lubricante para dispositivos medicos, usado para reducir el coeficiente de friccion de tales dispositivos al estar expuestos a la humedad. El vehiculo de revestimiento lubricante permite la introduccion de una aditivo farmacologico que tiene un grado de liberacion que esta dentro de un criterio farmacocinetico aceptable. El grado de liberacion se ajusta utilizando diferentes formas de sal del aditivo y ajustando la concentracion del prepolimero de uretano.
