Abstract
Una composicion que comprende un derivado de triazina; comprende ademas un compuesto quiral, un alcohol y un agente tensioactivo. Una estructura de alineacion util en un dispositivo. de visualizacion de cristal liquido que comprende un sustrato que tiene colocado en el mismo una pelicula orientada de un material cristalino, liquido, nematico, liotropico. Los materiales liotropicos particularmente utiles incluyen una clase de compuestos cristalinos, liquidos, nematicos conocidos como cromonicos. Los sustratos se pueden elaborar al revestir el material de cristal liquido liotropico en el sustrato para proporcionar una pelicula orientada del material liotropico. La estructura de alineacion tambien puede incluir uno o mas tintes de polarizacion u otros aditivos y de esta manera se puede hacer para realizar funciones de polarizacion, retraso y/o filtracion de color ademas de las funciones de alineacion y orientacion.
