Abstract
Los compuestos de la formula I (Ver formula I) en donde R1 es hidrogeno o cloro y R2 es hidrogeno, alquilo de 1 a 8 atomos de carbono, o alquilo de 1 a 8 atomos de carbono sustituido con alcoxi de 1 a 6 atomos de carbono o con alqueniloxi de 3 a 6 atomos de carbono, pueden ser preparados mediante: a) la introduccion de la porcion mayor de la cantidad que va a hacerse reaccionar de un compuesto de la formula II (Ver formula II) en una mezcla de solventes que comprende al menos un solvente organico capaz de formar un azeotropo con agua, y al menos un solvente aprotico-dipolar; b) la dosificacion en una base fuerte acuosa, en una cantidad equivalente a aquella porcion mayor de la cantidad total del compuesto de la formula II; c) la adicion de la porcion remanente de la cantidad que se va a hacer reaccionar, del compuesto de la formula II; d) la adicion de una base debil en una cantidad que es al menos equivalente a aquella porcion remanente; e) el retiro del agua de la mezcla de reaccion mediante destilacion azeotropica; f) la adicion de un compuesto de la formula III (Ver formula) en donde R2 es como se define para la formula I; y g) el aislamiento del compuesto resultante de la formula I a partir de la mezcla de reaccion.
