Abstract

De acuerdo con la presente invencion, se proporciona un metodo para producir celulas dendriticas circulantes humanas, (cirDC) para uso terapeutico, mediante la deplecion de las celulas B, celulas T y monocitos de una composicion de leucocitos de sangre humana. Tambien se proporcionan las composiciones que contienen las cirDC para uso terapeutico.
