Abstract
Compuestos de formula I; (ver formula) en donde X representa hidrogeno o hidroxi; R1 y R2, que pueden ser iguales o diferentes, representan hidrogeno, alquilo (C1- C4) sustituido opcionalmente con un grupo hidroxilo o uno o mas atomos de fluor, o, junto con el atomo de carbono al cual estan unidos, R1 y R2 forman un anillo carbociclico (C3-C5); R3 representa alquilo (C1-C4), alcoxi (C1-C4), o un atomo de halogeno, tal como fluor, cloro, bromo o yodo, y esteres hidrolizables in vivo de los mismos con acidos farmaceuticamente aceptables, se pueden usar en la profilaxis y/o tratamiento de enfermedades caracterizadas por diferenciacion anormal de celulas y/o proliferacion anormal de celulas.
