Abstract
La presente invencion tiene por objeto un procedimiento de preparacion de un compuesto de formula (I) (ver formula) dicho procedimiento que comprende una etapa (B) que consiste en realizar una adicion de Michael de un tioacido RS4H sobre un derivado de amida acrilica alfa-substituida. La invencion concierne igualmente a la sintesis enantioselectiva de compuestos de formula(I) en donde R2 es diferente de H, en la configuracion preferencial (S,S): (ver formula).
