Abstract
The present invention refers to a process for the preparation of an oral pharmaceutical composition comprising an antibiotic in the form of a powder that comprises the stages of mixture, low agitation, of the antibiotic active principle with one or more excipients composed of agglutinants, thickeners or moisteners together with at least a film former compound, drying and milling of the resulting mass; characteristic for the fact that the resultant granules possess a size in the varied range of 0,150 to 0,355mm. In another aspect, the invention refers to oral pharmaceutical compositions containing an antibiotic as a coated-granulated powder.
