Abstract

En la presente se describen composiciones de liberacion de molde internas para moldear poliuretano y politiouretano. La composicion incluye una mezcla de (a) un fosfato de monoalquilo de C2-C6; b) un fosfato de dialquilo de C2-C6, en donde los grupos alquilo de fosfato de dialquilo pueden ser iguales o diferentes y en donde los grupos alquilo de fosfato de mono y dialquilo pueden ser iguales o diferentes; y (c) un fosfato de mono y/o dialquilo de C7-C18. Tambien se describe una composicion polimerizable que incluye (a) uno o mas monomeros que contienen dos o mas grupos de isocianato; (b) uno o mas monomeros que contiene dos o mas grupos funcionales seleccionados de un grupo tiol y un grupo hidroxilo; (c) una mezcla de un fosfato de monoalquilo de C2-C6 y un fosfato de dialquilo de C2-C6, en donde los grupos alquilo del fosfato de dialquilo pueden ser iguales o diferentes y en donde los grupos alquilo de la mezcla de fosfato de mono y dialquilo pueden ser iguales o diferentes, en donde el fosfato de monoalquilo de C2-Coest presente en una cantidad de -> 20% en peso, basado en peso total de la mezcla de fosfato de monoalquilo de C2-C6 y el fosfato de dialquilo de C2-C6. La composicion tambien puede incluir opcionalmente el fosfato de mono y/o dialquilo de C7-C18.
