Abstract

Un sistema de combate de incendio para apagar el fuego de un tanque de almacenamiento de liquidos inflables o ardientes consistiendo de un aoparato descargador portatil y un aparato instalador portatil. El aparato descargador portatil recibe un agente contra incendio de una manguera de suministro y aplica el agente contra incendios paraextinguir el fuego en el tanque de almacenamiento. El aparato descargador portatil se puede unir al extremo distal del aparato instalador portatil para que el aparato descargador portatil pueda ser montado sobre un tanque de almacenamiento. Es mas, una pluralidad de aparatos descargadores pueden ser montados en un solo tanque de almacenamiento, usando el mismo aparato instalador portatil, para proveer una cantidad amplia y variada de agentes contra incendio o para proveer agentes de contra incendio a una ubicacion especifica sobre el tanque de almacenamiento. El aparato instalador portatil se puede extender a una variedad de logitudes para que pueda montar el aparato descargador sobre una variedad de tamanos diferentes de tanques de almacenamiento.
