Abstract

Un aparato para secar madera que comprende un alojamiento que define una cavidad para microondas (4) para contener una cantidad de madera, un generador de microondas (1) acoplado al alojamiento para introducir energía de microondas dentro de la cavidad, un medio detector de temperatura (13) colocado para detectar la temperatura de la madera dentro de la cavidad y/o un medio detector de peso (8) para detectar el peso de la madera dentro de la cavidad, y un medio de control para variar la salida de energía del generador de microondas en respuesta a la temperatura y/o peso detectado.
