Abstract
La presente invencion se refiere al uso de ridogrel para la fabricacion de un medicamento para tratar enfermedades intestinales inflamatorias, en donde el medicamento se administra de modo que la dosis diaria de ridogrel es de 0.01 mg/kg de peso del cuerpo a 0.5 mg/kg de peso del cuerpo; y a composiciones farmacéuticas que comprenden ridogrel.
