Abstract

La presente invencion se refiere a una estimacion mejorada de movimiento en registros de señales. Un método para estimar el movimiento entre una imagen de referencia y cada cuadro en una secuencia de cuadros, cada cuadro consistiendo de una pluralidad de muestras de una señal de entrada que comprende los pasos de: (1) para cada cuadro, estimar un campo de movimiento a partir de la imagen de referencia del cuadro, (2) para cada cuadro, transformar el campo estimado de movimiento en una matriz de movimiento, donde cada fila corresponde a un cuadro, y cada fila contiene cada componente de vector de movimiento para cada elemento de la imagen de referencia, (3) realizar un Análisis de Componente Principal en la matriz de movimiento, obteniendo así una matriz de resultado de movimiento que consiste de una pluralidad de vectores de columna llamados vectores de resultado de movimiento y una matriz de carga de movimiento que consiste de una pluralidad de vectores de fila llamados vectores de carga de movimiento, de tal manera que cada vector de resultado de movimiento corresponda a un elemento de cada cuadro, de tal manera que cada elemento de cada vector de carga de movimiento corresponda a un elemento de la imagen de referencia, de tal manera que una columna de dicha matriz de resultados de movimiento y un vector de carga de movimiento constituyan juntos un vector, y de tal manera que el numero de vectores sea inferior o igual a numero de dichos cuadros, (4) para cada cuadro, multiplicando los resultados de movimiento que correspondan al cuadro por los vectores de carga de movimiento, se produce así una hipotesis de movimiento para cada cuadro, (5) estimar para cada cuadro un campo de movimiento a partir de la imagen de referencia hasta dicho cuadro, usando la hipotesis de movimiento como informacion colateral, produciendo los campos de movimiento estimados en el paso (5) que representan el movimiento entre dicha imagen de referencia y dicho cuadro en la secuencia de cuadros.
