Abstract
La invencion proporciona un método para estimular la maduracion del megacariocito y produccion del trombocito usando proteína estimuladora del macrofago ("MSP"). En los métodos, puede administrarse una cantidad efectiva de MSP in vivo, o de manera alternativa, puede usarse para estimular la maduracion de los megacariocitos y producir trombocitos in vitro.
