Abstract
De conformidad con la presente invencion, se proporcionan derivados de nucleosidos representados por la formula (I), en la cual: R1 es hidrogeno, fosfato o grupo fosfonato, R2 es pirimidina sustituida o insustituida o base purina y Z es S, SO, SO2, O o C; o sales aceptables farmacéuticamente de estos. El compuesto (I) se puede obtener haciendo reaccionar el compuesto de formula (II), en la cual: R7 es hidrogeno o grupo protector hidroxi, L Es acilo aromático, o no aromático, haluro o alcoxi y Z es S, SO, SO2, O o C, con una base. Los compuestos (II), los compuestos intermedios para la síntesis de los compuestos (I), son también compuestos novedosos, y se incluyen dentro del alcance de la presente invencion.
