Abstract
The present invention discloses a novel product which is manufactured with SAE 1010 steel sheet having a gauge of 22, which is cut accordinng to the required dimensions so as to make on it a predetermined number of countersunks throughout the same. The countersunks are rectangular-, circular, and square-shaped. A single flange is bent at 90 degree on one side of this sheet section, which is brought into engagement with a double box of an adjacent piece, which is also bent at 90 degree on the opposite side thereof. Both countersunks and assembly boxes, provide strength and rigidity to the product, which allow it to be of a predetermined width. The novel stave is much wider and of less thickness than those already available in the market, it quickens the assembly work, minimizes work and material costs.
