Abstract
Se describen indenoilguanididnas de formula I, el procedimiento para su preparacion, su uso como medicamentos, medicamentos que las contienen, su uso como agentes de diagnostico y medicamentos que los contienen. Los compuestos I son utiles para tratar arritmias cardíacas. Además, estos compuestos son utiles como agentes cardioprotectores en mamíferos, que comprende administrar a dicho mamífero el compuesto de formula I con las propiedades anteriores, en combinacion con un excipiente farmacéuticamente aceptado.
