Abstract

Se sintetiza ácida 4-cloro-2-tiofenocarboxilico por formación de un compuesto de fórmula (Ver Fórmula); en el que R3 es un alquilo (C1-C6), un fenilo o un bencilo; convirtiendo el compuesto en un compuesto de fórmula IVa (Ver Fórmula) y eliminando el grupo sililo R3Si-. El producto es útil como intermedio en la producción de productos farmacéuticos.
