Abstract

Un compuesto óxido de praseodimio-paladio novedoso tiene la fórmula Pr4PdO7. El compuesto tiene utilidad como catalizador para oxidación de mezclas de combustión que comprende oxígeno (por ejemplo aire) y combustibles carbonáceos gaseosos, tales como metano, exhiben excelentes características de regeneración después de la exposición a temperaturas que provocan descomposición.
