Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a un cable flexible que comprende una envoltura de aislamiento reticulada elaborada a partir de una composición que comprende en porcentaje en peso con base en el peso de la composición; (A) 60-95% de un polímero de etileno de cristalinidad de menos de 40%; (B) 4 a menos de 40% de un polímero de propileno con un punto de fusión superior mayor que o igual a (=) 130°C; y (C) = 0.5% de peróxido; con la condición de que el polímero de etileno comprende ya sea una matriz continua dentro de la cual el polímero de propileno es dispersado o es co-continuo con el polímero de propileno. Los compatibilizadores son opcionales a la composición.
