Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a un método cromatográfico para separar y purificar lactoferrina humana recombinante a partir de semillas de arroz transgénico, que comprende las siguientes etapas: (1) utilizar semillas de arroz transgénico con lactoferrina humana recombinante como un material de partida, utilizando un tampón de extracción a fin de preparar un extracto crudo rLF; y (2) separar y purificar el extracto crudo rLF mediante cromatografía de cromatografía de intercambio catiónico, para obtener un elemento objetivo rLF purificado. El método cromatográfico comprende además la etapa de regenerar la resina.
