The present disclosure is related to a simulator for the intubation process in cattle, allowing veterinary students to practice placing the head of the animal in the correct position to perform the intubation process, introducing a probe and taking samples of ruminal fluid in addition to simulating a broncho-aspiration situation. Additionally, the present invention allows recreating the sensory conditions that a veterinarian experiences during said process; training the student to stimulate the epiglottis; varying the degree of difficulty that the epiglottis will present for its opening, knowing the probe position since the same is introduced into the simulator; feedbacking the user in real time during the process development and store the generated data, among other functions.
