Abstract
La invención se refiere a novedosos derivados de heteroarilamida que tienen la fórmula (I) (ver Fórmula) y N-óxidos, estereoisómeros y sales farmacéuticamente aceptables de los mismos, donde RA, RB, R11. R', R", z y X son tal como se los definió en las reivindicaciones. Los derivados de heteroarilamidas de la fórmula (I) tienen propiedades antiandrogénicas. La invención también se refiere a los compuestos de la fórmula (I) para utilizar como un medicamento y a composiciones farmacéuticas que los comprenden y a su preparación.
