Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a procedimeinto para la preparación de 21-éster en corticoesteroides del ácido [(1-bencil-1H-indazol-3-il) oxi] acético, caracterizado por el hecho de que cortisona, hidrocortisona predmisona y predmisolona se hacen reaccionar a la temperatura ambiente con cloruro de [(1-bencil-1H-indazol-3-il-oxi]-acetilo en presencia de un receptor de HCl.
