Abstract
Un método para la producción de 1,2-dicloroetano, comprendiendo el método (i) proporcionar un catalizador fluidizable; (ii) cargar el catalizador fluidizable en un reactor de lecho fluidizado; (iii) fluidificar el catalizador dentro del reactor; (iv) calentar el catalizador a una temperatura superior a 150°C durante más de 6 horas dentro del reactor de lecho fluidizado mientras se fluidiza el catalizador dentro del reactor, en donde dichas etapas de fluidización y calentamiento tienen lugar en ausencia de conversión de etileno ; y (v) después de dicha etapa de calentamiento, convertir etileno en 1,2-dircloroetano en presencia del catalizador.
