Abstract

La invención se refiere a un sistema de desenrollado, un conjunto y un método para desenrollar un componente de neumático de un carrete de suministro y para sacar dicho componente de neumático en una dirección de transporte, en donde el sistema de desenrollado comprende una estación de carrete, un transportador de salida y un dispositivo de transferencia para transferir un extremo delantero del componente de neumático desde la estación de carrete a dicho transportador de salida, en donde el dispositivo de transferencia comprende un elemento de retención que se puede mover a lo largo de una trayectoria de guía entre una posición de recogida y una posición de liberación, en donde el elemento de retención comprende una superficie de retención para retener de manera liberable el extremo delantero del componente de neumático, en donde el dispositivo de transferencia comprende además un brazo que puede girar alrededor del eje de inversión para mover el elemento de retención a lo largo de la trayectoria de guía, en donde el elemento de retención es móvil con respecto al brazo en una dirección de extensión perpendicular al eje de inversión.
