Abstract

La presente invención abarca en general el tratamiento de enfermedades al direccionar células que expresan un antígeno en la superficie celular. En particular, la invención se relaciona a un método para estimular, cebar y/o expandir in vivo células T genéticamente modificadas para expresar un receptor de antígeno quimérico (CAR) dirigido a un antígeno, que comprende poner en contacto las células T con el antígeno o una variante del mismo in vivo. En una modalidad, el antígeno o variante del mismo se proporciona al administrar un ácido nucleico que codifica el antígeno o variante del mismo.
