Abstract
En la presente descripción se analiza la expresión de variantes codificantes de proteínas en células. Un método puede incluir reemplazar una región codificante de proteínas de ADN en una célula con un vector donante que incluye una variante de la región codificante de proteínas y un primer código de barras que identifica esa variante. La célula puede generar ARNm que incluye una expresión de la variante y una expresión del primer código de barras. Un segundo código de barras que corresponde a la célula puede acoplarse al ARNm. El ARNm, que tiene el segundo código de barras acoplado a este, puede transcribirse de manera inversa en ADNc complementario. El ADNc puede secuenciarse. El vector donante o ADNc puede secuenciarse usando secuenciación de amplicones. La secuencia del vector donante y la secuencia de ADNc pueden correlacionarse para identificar la variante y la expresión de la célula de la variante.
