Abstract

La presente descripción proporciona sistemas, métodos y composiciones para la ingeniería genética específica del sitio usando la adición programable a través de elementos objetivo específicos del sitio (PASTE). PASTE comprende la adición de un sitio de integración en un genoma objetivo seguida por la inserción de uno o más genes de interés o una o más secuencias de ácidos nucleicos de interés en el sitio.
