Abstract

Se proporciona una forma de dosificación rápidamente orodispersable que comprende una matriz porosa de polvo unido y una o más cavidades internas, así como también métodos de impresión tridimensional para hacer la misma. Cada cavidad interna se configura para contener una o más cargas útiles, particularmente medicamentos farmacéuticos, mientras que aísla las cargas útiles del ambiente externo fuera de la forma de dosificación. Cada carga útil puede estar contenida dentro de su cavidad en su forma nativa sin tener que ser combinada con la matriz de polvo unido o el líquido aglutinante. Las formas de dosificación pueden desintegrarse en agua o saliva en menos de dos minutos, independientemente de la(s) carga(s) útil(es) o medicamento(s) contenidos en el interior. Las formas de dosificación se pueden formular como tabletas unitarias, o como tabletas de dos piezas que comprenden un cuerpo de recipiente y un cuerpo de tapa que se aseguran juntos para aislar una o más de las cavidades y sus cargas útiles en el interior.
