Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a una composición de bebida de jamaica (Hibiscus Sabdariffa) con alta concentración de antioxidantes y fibra dietética que posee propiedades funcionales como reducir el transporte de colesterol e inhibir la producción de GLP-1, así como reducir la ganancia en peso, y que se caracteriza por comprender por cada 100 ml de la bebida, de 6 g a 8 g de cáliz de jamaica; de 0.80 g a 1 g de menta; de 13 g a 14 g de fructanos de agave; de 0.4 g a 0.5 g de Stevia; de 0.2g a 0.4 g de goma guar; de 0.05 g a 0.1 g de ácido cítrico .
