Abstract
La adopción de la Estimulación del Haz de His (HBP) se ha visto obstaculizada por la dificultad procedimental para lograr una buena posición del cable sin causar daño o perforación cardiacos. Las tasas de éxito procedimental son mucho más bajas en comparación con los procedimientos tradicionales de estimulación del ventrículo derecho (RV) debido a la dificultad de mapear el potencial de His con la hélice expuesta y mantener la posición mientras la hélice de estimulación está fija. El uso de un sistema de catéter con punta de balón multidireccional que incluye un cuerpo de catéter con bucles y puntos de flexión y un balón de anclaje montado en un extremo distal del cuerpo de catéter aumenta la precisión posicional y mejora la tasa de éxito procedimental en comparación con el sistema convencional.
