Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a un sistema óptico reflector de concentración de la radiación solar en canal cilíndrico, cuya directriz o sección transversal está constituida por un arco de círculo y un (par de) segmento(s) recto(s). El receptor es lineal extendido (o aleteado con celdas fotovoltáicas) y de diámetro máximo igual a la mitad del radio de curvatura del espejo. La superficie del receptor debe ubicarse entre el espejo y los focos paraxiales de invierno y verano, tocando estos últimos de forma tangencial en el caso solamente fototérmico. Con esta óptica, la radiación solar es concentrada sobre el receptor y convertida en energía fotovoltáica y fototérmica, guiando el calor residual hacia un depósito o reservorio térmico para su uso en procesos industriales o confort térmico del edificio. A su vez, la circulación del líquido caloportador mantiene la temperatura de operación de las celdas fotovoltáicas menor a la temperatura de ebullición de éste, contribuyendo a una mayor eficiencia en la producción de electricidad al ser un sistema a concentración. Las características de eficiencia, ligereza y perfil aerodinámico rasante del sistema le permiten ser ubicado sobre las techumbres de cualquier nave industrial u otro tipo de edificaciones, sin requerimiento de refuerzos estructurales ni anclajes especiales para soportar su peso o los esfuerzos eólicos y sin necesidad de sistemas de seguimiento. Lo anterior, permite cosechar y controlar la radiación solar incidente sobre la edificación y, simultáneamente, gestionar y administrar la energía eléctrica y térmica para su uso en distintos procesos.
