Abstract
La invención se refiere a una columna de carga para cargar vehículos eléctricos, que cuenta con un armazón, un primer dispositivo de conversión de energía, un segundo dispositivo de conversión de energía, una unidad de control y un tanque para un portador de energía líquido, donde ambas unidades de conversión de energía, el tanque y la unidad de control están dispuestos en el armazón. La invención también se refiere a un método para generar una corriente de carga para cargar vehículos eléctricos con las etapas del método de alimentar un portador de energía líquido desde un tanque dispuesto en un armazón de una columna de carga a un primer dispositivo para la conversión de energía, donde el primer dispositivo para la conversión de energía también está dispuesto en el armazón, al convertir el portador de energía líquido en energía cinética o eléctrica en el primer dispositivo para la conversión de energía, mediante lo cual se convierte la energía cinética o eléctrica en corriente en un segundo dispositivo para conversión de energía, donde el segundo dispositivo para la conversión de energía está dispuesto en el armazón y envía la corriente a un vehículo eléctrico.
