Abstract
En el presente documento se proveen compuestos heteroarilo, por ejemplo, un compuesto de Fórmula I o Fórmula IA, y composiciones farmacéuticas de los mismos. También en el presente documento se proveen métodos de su uso, para tratar, mejorar o prevenir uno o más síntomas de un trastorno, enfermedad o afección mediada por una caseína quinasa 1 (CK1), una quinasa asociada al receptor de interleucina-1 (IRAK1) o una quinasa dependiente de ciclina 9 (CDK9).
