Abstract

Las modalidades de la invención se refieren a un método y un sistema para programar etiquetas sensoras inalámbricas, y tales etiquetas sensoras inalámbricas programadas; las modalidades del método y el aparato se pueden utilizar en operaciones de servicio de alimentación, sin utilizar un dispositivo informático o un teléfono inteligente para programar la etiqueta sensora inalámbrica; las modalidades se refieren a un método y un sistema para programar etiquetas sensoras de temperatura inalámbricas, y tales etiquetas sensoras de temperatura inalámbricas programadas; las modalidades del método en cuestión utilizan tarjetas habilitadas para NFC con tecnologia de Comunicaciones de Campo Cercano (NFC) para programar rápida y sencillamente una etiqueta sensora de temperatura inalámbrica para leer, recopilar e informar la temperatura de un alimento o un ingrediente; el uso de este método permite a los operadores de servicios de alimentación, tales como: restaurantes de servicio rápido (QSR), cafeterías escolares y departamentos de servicio de alimentación dentro de los supermercados, simplificar la recopilación de datos de temperatura dentro del espacio minorista, así como a lo largo de la cadena de suministro de los productos; la presente invención también utiliza una pantalla y por lo menos un botón en la etiqueta sensora inalámbrica para programar la etiqueta sensora inalámbrica.
