Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a un método para proporcionar un medio de fermentación para el cultivo de al menos un organismo metanotrofo, o para el cultivo de una combinación de organismos que comprende al menos un organismo metanotrofo, el método comprende las etapas de: (i) proporcionar una solución principal de crecimiento; (ii) opcionalmente esterilizar la solución principal de crecimiento proporcionada en la etapa (i); (iii) proporcionar una solución principal de crecimiento; y (iv) mezclar la solución principal de crecimiento (tal y como se proporciona en la etapa (i) o (ii)) con la solución de metal de traza proporcionada en la etapa (iii) y proporcionar el medio de fermentación para el cultivo de al menos un organismo metanotrofo, o para el cultivo de una combinación de organismos que comprende al menos un organismo metanotrofo.
