Abstract
La aplicación describe un método de acceso y un terminal, el método comprende un terminal que determina los parámetros de control de la política de restricción de clase de acceso (ACB) de acuerdo con la información de la característica objetivo, en donde la información de la característica objetivo comprende al menos uno de los siguientes, una prioridad del terminal, la información de servicio de un servicio al cual pertenecen los datos a ser transmitidos y la información de la red central de una red central que proporciona el servicio al cual pertenecen los datos a ser transmitidos; y el terminal accediendo a un dispositivo de red según los parámetros de control de ACB objetivo, en la modalidad de la presente solicitud, los parámetros de control de ACB objetivo de un terminal se determinan de acuerdo con la información de la característica objetivo; por ejemplo, los parámetros de control de ACB objetivo se determinan de acuerdo con cualquiera de las prioridades del terminal, la información de servicio de un servicio al cual pertenecen los datos a ser transmitidos y la información de la red central de una red central que proporciona el servicio al cual 15 pertenecen los datos a ser transmitidos, mejorando así la diversidad de métodos para determinar los parámetros de control de ACB para que un terminal acceda a una red en un mecanismo de ACB.
