Abstract
Las modalidades de esta solicitud proporcionan un método y aparato de transmisión de datos. El método incluye: recibir datos enviados por una terminal en un estado inactivo, donde los datos incluyen los datos que han de enviarse enviados por la terminal y la información de identificación de la terminal; determinar una estación base de anclaje de la terminal basándose en la información de identificación; y enviar los datos a la estación base de anclaje, de modo que la estación base de anclaje envié los datos a un dispositivo de red central. Los datos de enlace ascendente de la terminal se reenvían a la estación base de anclaje al utilizar una estación base de servicio y a través de una interacción entre la estación base de anclaje y la estación base de servicio que actualmente proporciona un recurso de interfaz aérea para la terminal, y. luego se transmite a una red central. No es necesario realizar la migración de contexto ni la conmutación entre la red central y una estación base. Por lo tanto, se reducen las sobrecargas de señalización e interfaces, y se mejora la eficiencia de transmisión de datos.
