Abstract
Un artículo de espuma de poliuretano que comprende el producto de reacción de un componente de isocianato y una composición reactiva con isocianato en presencia de un agente de soplado. El componente de isocianato incluye un prepolímero de isocianato que comprende el producto de reacción de un primer poliol de poliéter y un diisocianato de metilendifenilo. La composición reactiva con isocianato comprende un segundo poliol de poliéter que tiene grupos hidroxilo terminales secundarios y un poliol de poliéter catalítico iniciado con amina que tiene grupos hidroxilo primarios. Un método para fabricar el artículo de espuma de poliuretano que comprende las etapas de hacer reaccionar el primer poliol de poliéter y el diisocianato de metilendifenilo para formar el prepolímero de isocianato, y hacer reaccionar el prepolímero de isocianato con la composición reactiva con isocianato en presencia del agente de soplado para formar el artículo de espuma de poliuretano.
