Abstract
La presente invención se dirige a un método para tratar la superficie de una membrana microporosa rellena. La membrana microporosa incluye una matriz poliolefínica, un relleno inorgánico distribuido a través de toda la matriz y una red de poros de interconexión a través de toda la membrana. El método incluye secuencialmente (1) poner en contacto a l menos una superficie de la membrana con una composición de tratamiento de un compuesto de poliamina silano funcional que tiene al menos un grupo alcoxi silano, de tal manera que el compuesto de poliamina silano funcional se encuentre en íntimo contacto con el relleno presente en la matriz; y (2) someter la membrana de (1) a condiciones suficientes para efectuar una reacción de condensación entre el relleno inorgánico y el compuesto de poliamina silano funcional. También se proporcionan membranas tratadas.
