Abstract
Un objetivo de la presente invención es proporcionar un método de cultivo, mediante el cual se pueden producir eficientemente esporas bacterianas de Bacillus. La presente invención proporciona un método para producir esporas bacterianas de Bacillus, que comprende cultivar bacterias Bacillus en un medio líquido que contiene un azúcar o una materia prima de fuente de azúcar en una concentración entre 50.1 g/L y 100 g/L en el inicio del cultivo, y luego en el curso del cultivo, alimentar un medio alimentado por lotes que contiene un azúcar o una materia prima de fuente de azúcar y un compuesto que contiene nitrógeno, y que tiene la relación en peso (relación de C/N) de átomos de carbono a átomos de nitrógeno que varía de 5.5 a 13.5 al medio líquido.
