Abstract
Un método para calcular las posibles posiciones de las estructuras en una región de la corteza terrestre comprende: definir dicha región en la corteza terrestre; crear un primer modelo estructural de dicha región a partir de datos sísmicos con incertidumbres y correlaciones; crear un segundo modelo estructural de dicha región a partir de mediciones en un pozo con incertidumbres y correlaciones; crear un tercer modelo estructural de dicha región a partir de mediciones en un volumen alrededor de dicho pozo medido desde el pozo con incertidumbres y correlaciones; definir ecuaciones de restricción para dichos primer, segundo y tercer modelos estructurales; y usar dichas ecuaciones de restricción, calculando las posibles posiciones de las estructuras en dicha región y las posibles incertidumbres y correlaciones relacionadas con dichas posiciones.
