Abstract

The invention relates to a system for recovering products from vinasse, which comprises: a vinasse-capturing container (1); a vinasse-decanting tank (3); a first pump (2) that transports the vinasse from the container (1) to the decanting tank (3); a rising-film evaporator (10) that separates the liquid fraction originating from the decanting tank (3) into vapour and solids; a second pump (12) that pumps the liquid fraction from the decanting tank (3) to the evaporator (10); a condenser (13) that receives the vapours from the evaporator (10); a vacuum pump (14) that reduces the internal pressure of the condenser (13); a receptacle (17) for concentrated vinasse; a fourth pump (18) that transports the concentrated vinasse solids from the decanting tank (3) to the vinasse receptacle (17); and a fifth pump (19') that transports the concentrated vinasse solids from the evaporator (10) to the receptacle (17) for concentrated vinasse. The invention also relates to a process for recovering pr oducts from vinasse using the above-mentioned system.
