Abstract

La invención se refiere a un método para ubicar etiquetas electrónicas de estantería (1) distribuidas en un área de venta al menudeo, cada una proporcionada con un identificador de etiquetas específico para las mismas, una pluralidad de etiquetas de radiofrecuencia (4) que se configuran para transmitir señales de radio (S1), en donde: - una terminal móvil (3) recibe (S2) señales de radio transmitidas por una pluralidad de etiquetas de radiofrecuencia (4) y determina datos a partir de las señales; - al momento de la adquisición, la terminal móvil (3) adquiere el identificador de una etiqueta electrónica de estantería (1) de dicha etiqueta electrónica de estantería (1); - la terminal móvil (3) transmite, a un servidor de la computadora central (6), el identificador de etiquetas y los datos de las señales recibidas al momento de adquisición, - el servidor de la computadora central (6) determina los datos de asociación entre la etiqueta electrónica de estantería (1) identificada por el identificador de etiquetas y una posición determinada a partir de los datos de las señales de radio recibidas al momento de la adquisición.
