Abstract

The invention relates to a fastener for the spout of a container, the fastener comprising a fastening cap (1) screwed onto the pouring spout (2), and comprising a tamper-proof part (7) which buckles or breaks up/off when the fastening cap (1) is unscrewed, thereby changing its relative position with respect to the fastening cap (1), wherein information (8, 9) is located on the outer surface of the tamper-proof part (7), the information being visible when the fastener is unopened and intact, and no longer being visible when the fastener is opened and the tamper-proof part (7) is in a different position.
