Abstract
Un acero estampado en caliente de acuerdo con una modalidad de la presente invención incluye un material base y una capa chapada, en donde la capa chapada incluye una capa de interfaz, una capa intermedia y una capa de óxido en orden desde un lado del material base hasta un lado de la superficie; en la capa de interfaz, una estructura incluye 99% de área o más en total de aFe, Fe3Al y FeAl, un contenido promedio de Al está en un rango de 8.0% en masa o más y 32.5% en masa o menos, un contenido promedio de Zn es limitado a más del contenido de Zn del material base y 5% en masa o menos, el resto de una composición química incluye Fe e impurezas, y el espesor promedio de la capa es de 1.0 µm o más; en la capa intermedia, una estructura incluye 99% de área o más en total de Fe(Al, Zn)2 y Fe2(Al, Zn)5, un contenido promedio de Al es de 30% en masa a 50% en masa, un contenido promedio de Zn es 10% en masa a 40% en masa, el resto de una composición química incluye Fe y las impurezas, y un espesor promedio de capa de 5.0 µm o más; y en la capa de óxido, el grosor promedio de una capa es de 0.1 µm a 3.0 µm.
