Abstract
La impresora de chorro de tinta para el etiquetado de mercancías tiene un cabezal de escritura, que comprende a al menos una abertura de salida para las gotitas de tinta, b un mecanismo de impresión conectado a dicha abertura de salida, c una bomba neumática y d un control eléctrico. Tiene al menos un tanque de suministro para que el fluido fluya a través de la abertura de salida. El tanque de suministro se conecta de manera liberable al cabezal de escritura en un área de acoplamiento. En el cabezal de escritura, un primer sensor de presión se dispone en la línea de aire comprimido, que detecta la presión de aire en la línea de aire comprimido y emite una señal de presión de aire al controlador. Un segundo sensor de presión se dispone en la línea de tinta, que detecta la presión en la línea de tinta y emite una señal de impresión de tinta al controlador. Dicho controlador emite una señal de "tinta vacía", si la señal de impresión de tinta disminuye en más de 10 % en relación con la señal de presión de aire.
