Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a un sistema de elaboración de cerveza compacto de dos recipientes que tiene recipientes (2, 3) configurados para llevar a cabo etapas de maceración, filtración y ebullición en la elaboración de cerveza aplicables en particular en operaciones de elaboración de cerveza artesanal a pequeña escala tales como elaboración de cerveza de barril. Con el fin de proporcionar un sistema de elaboración de cerveza compacto y económico que se pueda usar de forma fácil, precisa y repetible para controlar y mejorar todos los aspectos críticos del proceso de elaboración de cerveza implicados en la elaboración y el servicio de cerveza, el sistema comprende un recipiente inferior (2) con un tanque interior (28) configurado para llevar a cabo etapas de maceración y ebullición, un recipiente superior (3) colocado encima del recipiente inferior (2) en comunicación fluida con dicho tanque (28) y configurado para llevar a cabo la etapa de filtración, y una bomba (51) para mover fluido de dicho tanque (28) a dicho recipiente superior (3). Preferiblemente, al menos el tanque inferior (28) y/o el recipiente superior (3) es/son sustancialmente cilíndricos, el diámetro del recipiente superior (3) es menor que el diámetro del tanque inferior (28) y el recipiente superior (3) se coloca excéntricamente sobre el tanque inferior (28).
