Abstract
Un sistema de pruebas para la gripe que incluye un módulo para muestras, un dispositivo de microfluidos de amplificación de ácidos nucleicos y un analizador para facilitar una total amplificación automatizada por recombinasa-polimerasa anidada (RPA, por sus siglas en inglés) en una muestra suministrada en el dispositivo de amplificación de ácidos nucleicos mediante el módulo para muestras. El sistema de pruebas incluye suministrar una muestra en un dispositivo de microfluidos y amplificar una secuencia específica de polinucleótidos en la muestra. La amplificación de la secuencia específica de polinucleótidos incluye llevar a cabo una primera fase de amplificación de la muestra para generar un producto de la primera amplificación y realizar una segunda fase de amplificación en el producto de la primera amplificación para crear un producto de una segunda amplificación. El producto de la segunda amplificación incluye una secuencia más pequeña completamente contenida en el producto de la primera amplificación generado durante la primera fase de amplificación.
